How it works

Three steps. The last one is yours.

Most tools ask you to trust them. This one is built so you never have to.

Step 1 · Upload

Drop in your PDF

Any document — reports, forms, statements, scans. No software to learn, no operator time, just a one-click email sign-in the first time.

Step 2 · Remediate

We fix it, then check our own work

Structure, tags, tables, alt text and reading order are rebuilt — then a second pass cross-checks the extraction before anything is validated. Anything too complex is flagged, not hidden.

Step 3 · Verify

You hold the proof

The fixed file, an itemised list of every change, and the raw validator report — checkable with the same free tool professional auditors use.

Why now

The deadline era has already started.

Document accessibility stopped being optional. Enforcement is live on two continents — and inaccessible PDFs are among the most common findings.

3,117

Federal digital-accessibility lawsuits filed in the US in 2025 — over 5,000 including state courts.

Jun 2025

The European Accessibility Act became enforceable, with penalties up to €900,000 by country.

Apr 2026

ADA Title II deadline for larger US public entities to meet WCAG 2.1 AA — smaller entities follow in 2027.

We're proving this before we price it.

The honest answer: this market has been burned by big promises. So before we charge anything, we're letting the output speak — real documents, real validator reports, judged by professional accessibility remediators. When pricing arrives it will be transparent per-page rates, and early users will have earned preferential terms.

Questions

The things people ask before uploading.

WCAG covers digital content broadly. PDF/UA (ISO 14289-1) is the standard written specifically for PDF files — how tags, reading order and alternative text must be structured. A document that meets PDF/UA will generally satisfy the PDF-related requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508 and the European Accessibility Act.

Every file comes back with the raw output of veraPDF — an independent, open-source validator we don't control and can't influence. Download veraPDF free and re-check the same file yourself in under a minute.

We never publish a compliance score of our own. A vendor grading its own homework isn't evidence.

Working reliably now: text-heavy documents — reports, policies, statements, guides — and table-heavy documents.

Still in development: scanned or image-only PDFs, and complex interactive forms. These may fail validation. We'd rather tell you before you upload than after.

Most documents finish in two to five minutes. That includes a second cross-checking pass over the extraction and an independent validation run. Manual remediation of the same file usually takes hours or days.

It's processed, then deleted. Never stored long term, never used to train anything, and never read by a human unless you explicitly ask for manual review.

Your first 30 pages are free, after a quick one-click email sign-in — no card required. Pricing after that will be transparent per-page rates — and if you use it during this period, you'll have earned preferential terms.
